Michael P. Jaczko, DO

Dr. Michael Jaczko was awarded the Rising Star Award from the Northwest Osteopathic Medical Foundation. The award honors an osteopathic physician who has been in practice less than 10 years and has demonstrated a superior commitment to his or her profession and the Northwest community they serve. Dr. Jaczko, a Board certified family practice physician, attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland.

In his community, Dr. Jaczko serves as team physician for Linfield College and Yamhill-Carlton High School and serves on the board of the Carlton Rural Fire District. Professionally, he serves as president-elect of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon and is the president of the McMinnville Physicians Organization.
